InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort’s signature restaurant – The Fireplace – showcases wood-fired cuisine at its finest. Locally sourced produce is cooked in an onsite wood-fire oven and garnished with fresh herbs from the restaurant’s garden.
Each season, The Fireplace debuts an a la carte menu and degustation menu, inviting patrons to settle into rustic surroundings while watching chefs plate culinary art before their eyes.
6 Course Degustation^ $135 per person, and with wine pairings, $180 per person.
