Throughout the evening, experienced local Astronomy Guide John McDonald of Gold Coast Astronomy will guide guests on a journey through the Southern night sky using professional-grade telescopes and advanced astronomical technologies, revealing celestial highlights visible above the resort.

Set within an intimate long-table dining experience on the Fountain Terrace, the evening offers a rare opportunity to dine beneath the stars in an atmosphere of refined elegance, discovery, and connection.

$159 per guest — Inclusive of custom welcome cocktail, three-course dining experience, guided celestial exploration and telescope viewing. A $6.25 booking fee applies.
