InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort’s signature restaurant – The Fireplace – showcases wood-fire cuisine at its finest. Locally sourced cuisine is cooked within an onsite wood-fire oven and garnished with fresh produce from the restaurant’s herb garden. Each season, Executive Chef Hamish Watt & The Fireplace Head Randy Tablan Chef debuts an a la carte menu and degustation menu, inviting patrons to settle into rustic surrounds while watching chef’s plate culinary art before their eyes.
6 Course Degustation $135 per person, and with wine pairings, $180 per person.
