Taxis can be easily picked up from Gold Coast & Brisbane Airport, 24-hours a day. A taxi ride to and from InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort will take approximately 45 mins to 1 hour. However, peak-hour traffic, congestion and road accidents may cause significant delays.
Several external companies operate door-to-door shuttle services from both airports. These services can take over one hour to reach InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort as they may make stops at other hotels/attractions along the way. Please contact our Concierge team for more information.
Trains run periodically from Brisbane Airport to the Gold Coast. Coomera is the closest train station to InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort and from there you will need to catch a bus, taxi or other rideshare service to the hotel.

The closest Train Station to InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is Coomera or Helensvale, with regular services to Brisbane City & Brisbane Airport. Both stations are located about 15 minutes drive from the Resort. You can connect to the G:Link Light Rail service from Helensvale station for services into Southport, Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach.
Private water taxi services can be arranged from Sanctuary Cove to nearby Marinas. Please speak with our Concierge team to discuss available options.
Limited public bus services are available. Route 711 commences at Sanctuary Cove Marine Village and ends in Southport. You can then connect to the G:Link Light Rail service to continue onto Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach. Please speak with our Concierge to plan your trip.
