I am overflowing with gratitude as I reflect on my wedding day experience at Intercontinental and Fireplace Restaurant. The entire staff deserves a heartfelt thank you for their unwavering kindness, friendliness, and exceptional service. From start to finish, they created an atmosphere of warmth and made our wedding dreams come true. Every member of the staff at Intercontinental deserves recognition for their exceptional service. From the buggy drivers who helped calm my nerves before I arrived at the chapel to the attentive and friendly wait staff, everyone played a crucial role in creating a memorable experience. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel truly special and added an extra touch of magic to the day. You made our wedding day an extraordinary and unforgettable occasion. Your collective efforts, from the venue coordinators to the wait staff, contributed to a flawless celebration, and we are forever grateful.

I would just like to say a sincere thank you to all involved with our daughter’s (and now son in law’s) wedding. You guys have surpassed my expectations on every level. Our guests – family and friends, have not faulted one part of the complete package, it was a truly amazing day/night. Your staff are truly five star – from the first meet and greet at Reception, to the luggage man – who went over and above to move all the luggage needed for the wedding, to your breakfast staff, bar staff, cleaners, even the maintenance man who we just past on the stair well – nothing was a problem and always with a smile. The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable we were so sad to check out this morning and can’t wait to come back. Thanks you so much again – it made for a truly memorable and absolutely fantastic wedding!

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for the incredible service you provided for our special day. Every single suggestion you made we absolutely loved – bringing the reception time earlier to maximise time in the actual reception space, putting a small tab during canapes, troubleshooting our late Friday afternoon guests pulling out and reassigning funds to contribute to the overall day, Friday’s rehearsal (you were right it made Saturday go so smoothly since everyone including Jack and I, knew what to do) and having the dance floor in the middle of the room it really created the atmosphere we were after! We are deeply grateful for all your hard work and the care you put into making our wedding day magical! We have absolutely no feedback other than to keep up what you are doing.
