Leading the evening is Bryce Faiella, Market Executive – Australia for Craggy Range. With an accomplished background as a sommelier and restaurant manager across some of Sydney’s most respected dining destinations — including Saint Peter, Chiswick and Aria — Bryce brings a refined palate and genuine passion for hospitality to every table.

His transition from fine dining to the world of premium wine reflects a natural evolution, combining deep service knowledge with an enthusiasm for sharing the stories behind each bottle. Throughout the evening, Bryce will guide guests through the wines with insight, warmth and a sommelier’s perspective.

A select number of guests will have the opportunity to join Bryce at the exclusive Ambassador’s Table in the Private Dining Room — an elevated and intimate setting designed for deeper conversation and a more personalised experience.

Guests seated in The Fireplace restaurant will enjoy the same curated menu and immersive wine journey, with Bryce guiding the entire evening’s experience.
