Leading the evening is Bryce Faiella, Market Executive – Australia for Craggy Range. With an accomplished background as a sommelier and restaurant manager across some of Sydney’s most respected dining destinations — including Saint Peter, Chiswick and Aria — Bryce brings a refined palate and genuine passion for hospitality to every table.

His transition from fine dining to the world of premium wine reflects a natural evolution, combining deep service knowledge with an enthusiasm for sharing the stories behind each bottle. Throughout the evening, Bryce will guide guests through the wines with insight, warmth and a sommelier’s perspective.

A select number of guests will be dining alongside Bryce at the exclusive Ambassador’s Table in the Private Dining Room — this is now fully reserved. While Bryce will be dining with these select few guests, he will be hosting the entirety of the event, curating each moment with care.

Guests seated in The Fireplace restaurant will delight in the same immersive journey, with every course and pour elegantly guided by Bryce’s storytelling and passion.
