Upgrades to Lagoon Beach Precinct

Dear valued guests,

We would like to advise we will be carrying out essential maintenance and enhancement work affecting the lagoon beach and pool precinct over the winter months.

The works to the lagoon beach and The Pool House will commence on the 6^th of June 2023 for up to six weeks on the lagoon beach (reopening late July) and up to 12 weeks (reopening early September) for The Pool House.

During this time, the lagoon beach pool will be closed however our heated terrace pool and outdoor spa will be available for the use of in-house guests during regular pool opening hours.

We acknowledge that works of this scale are not without their inconveniences and sincerely apologise if your resort experience is impacted in any way during your stay. With that in mind, we have timed the work to align with the period in which our lagoon beach and The Pool House typically experience their lowest level of guest patronage.

Our team have endeavoured to proactively notify guests of the scheduled works ahead of their stay, and apologise if they were unable to connect with you in advance.
