The Fireplace

In The Fireplace, the custom-built hearth is the soul and stage of the resort’s signature fine dining restaurant.

Flickering flames set the scene as locally sourced produce meets wood-fire heat and garden-fresh herbs, creating flavours shaped by craft, smoke and seasonality.

Executive Chef Hamish Watt and Head Chef Randy Tablan reveal new menus each season, inviting diners to relax into the rustic warmth and watch culinary performance unfold in real time.

Settle into a tropic-inspired conservatory reflecting the natural beauty of Sanctuary Cove, Cove Café is the perfect place to start your day. Wake up with an expansive selection of season-inspired breakfast classics on Cove Café’s buffet, a live omelette station with eggs cooked your way, fresh juices, seasonal fruit, international dishes, delicate pastries and Campos Coffee.

Open 7 Days from 6:30 am to 10:30 am

Enjoy Cove Café’s buffet breakfast for $50 per adult and $28 for children aged 5-12 years old.* Children aged 4 and under eat for free.

Verandah Restaurant & Bar

Offering all-day light dining across lunch and dinner, Verandah Restaurant & Bar invites you to indulge in share plates, pre-dinner drinks or signature whiskey nightcaps by the resort’s grand fireplace. Home to over 50 whiskies, covering the globe’s most coveted regions from Scotland to Ireland, America to Japan, and of course, our homeland Australia, Verandah Restaurant & Bar is a hub of award-winning rarity. In addition to its signature whiskey collection, the bar also offers a wide range of local craft beers and wines of the region.

As the first Australian hotel to feature Tea Forté, our culinary team led by Executive Chef Hamish Watt has curated an elegant High Tea Immersion menu, reimagining their globally celebrated flavours through refined sweet and savoury creations.
