Slow-Cooked Milly Hill Lamb | 35
Whole leg of lamb slow-cooked to perfection, carved to order and served with chimichurri and lemon myrtle potato salad.

Pulled Beef Brisket Burger | 35
Slow-cooked pulled beef brisket with three-cabbage yoghurt slaw.

Grilled Corn on the Cob | 5
Finished with garlic butter.

The regular Lagoon Beach Club menu will also be available, featuring freshly shucked oysters, king prawn rolls, charcuterie boards and casual poolside fare, alongside cold beers, coastal-inspired cocktails and signature favourites.
