Each course reflects a considered balance of technique, flavour and harmony, brought together with purposeful elegance.
From 6:00pm, guests are welcomed with a glass of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne on arrival, setting the tone for an intimate evening of refined dining by firelight.
This exclusive Valentine’s Day experience is offered at $199 per person, with reservations required. For those wishing to indulge further, curated wine pairings are available for each course at an additional $85, enhancing the journey from first sip to final course.
