Celebrate Christmas Day with an indulgent seafood buffet at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort’s Cove Café. From 5:30 pm on Thursday, 25 December 2025, immerse yourself in a festive dining experience showcasing the finest Australian seafood and seasonal favourites.

Delight in a selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh seafood, and a traditional roast carvery, followed by a decadent dessert spread featuring Christmas pudding, fruit mince pies, and indulgent treats accompanied by an ice cream trolley, chocolate fountain, and fairy floss station.
